"I was in constant pain, gaining weight, and suffering from fatigue. I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis, and degenerative disc disease in my lower back, with associated nerve pain in my left leg. I also suffered from Plantar fasciitis in both feet.

Since seeing Adam, I have lost weight, attained a level of fitness and flexibility I thought I could never achieve again; I have also significantly reduced the level of prescription medication I required for pain management. I now have extra energy, increased self-confidence, and feel more comfortable every day.

My results speak for themselves, and I am very grateful for everything Adam has been able to help me achieve."

"Adam started working with our 10yr old son about 4 years ago when he started hydrotherapy for a debilitating illness.

Adam continues to go above and beyond to research his condition and work out what areas to focus on. As his strengths grew, Adam continually modifies the program and soon added land based options to coincide with the hydrotherapy and his interests.

Adam spoke with colleagues to continually shift his focus and ensures the most effective program is always offered. He has built a wonderful relationship with our son and works hard to always keep him engaged, even on the bad pain days."
