“As a community we’re in uncharted waters as we face the challenges of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.

I wanted to provide you with an update as to what DPS is doing as a company in these uncertain times. Our number one priority is to keep consumers and our team members safe. We are also doing everything we can to support our clients during this time.

Through a dedicated Coronavirus (COVID-19), NDIS and Disability Support we’re keeping the community updated with the relevant developments affecting the disability sector, as well as information around staying safe and managing these unprecedented times.

Our services

Our digital platform Disability Support Guide has a number of features that we recommend are growing and ramping up for you at this time:

  • During the Coronavirus Pandemic period we will deliver you up to date information on how COVID-19 is affecting your industry and operations of businesses servicing the sector via the link: https://www.disabilitysupportguide.com.au/topics/coronavirus-and-disability-support/

  • We will continue to report on other disability support news as normal. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter or sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date with the latest developments.

  • Where there are still publications available for your state, the DPS Guide to Disability Support will be available from DPS Shop. Where updated publications are currently in production, and older guides have been depleted, we will make an E-Book version of the full guide available for download. This will ensure you are still able to access care and disability support options relevant to your state.

Our team

To mitigate the risk to our staff and the broader community we have now stopped all travel and external meetings, instead conducting client and staff meetings through video calls.

From today all DPS team members will be working from home, where we will continue to operate as normal in terms of assisting your organisation at the same standard you’re used to from us. We are still available to answer any questions and provide assistance on 1300 186 688 or email us on [email protected].

Our team is dedicated to supporting you during this trying time.

Thank you for your continued support and please stay safe.”
